Boy arrested in Chattanooga jogger rape to get mental evaluation - Diontae Smartt

The 17-year-old boy charged with raping a 69-year-old man jogging in North Chattanooga is going to a mental hospital. Diontae Smartt is being taken to Joe Johnson Mental Health Center for evaluation. In court Thursday, the victim testified that the attacker followed him, shoved him down, raped him twice, and then told him to quote, have a sweet day. For now the case remains - in juvenile court.
