I Loved the Eddie Murphy skit about how his mom use to make him Welfare Burgers when all of his friends were getting McDonald's. I tried to make these hamburgers as close to the way he described them with the exception of a black skillet and big chunks of green peppers. Check out the video from 1987 below.

The Drip 'N Griddle and Slow 'N Sear did a great job with these burgers. The Drip 'N Griddle made it super easy to cook burgers. I also made burgers right over the Slow 'N Sear. Both burgers were tasty, Using the Drip 'N Griddle made making these burgers super easy, while the Slow "n Sear gave the burgers a nice charred flavor.
