Nathan Birch: Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm Nathan Birch . Just a little bit about myself and a couple of (00:39?) before I get started. First of all, today I'm not going to be talking about financial advice or anything like that. So everything I'll be saying is just as it is as a property investor. No bullshit. I do like to swear as well so if I swear please don't get offended. I'll try not to do it too much. But other than that let's get started. Who of you were here yesterday? Who of .you weren't here yesterday? Who of you here don't know if you were here yesterday or not? OK, all do.

Just a little bit about myself. For some of you that were here yesterday you probably (01:16?) some sort of thing that you heard at the start of yesterday. But I'll just take a run through it quickly. Might be (01:19?) what I'm going to talk about today. First of all, I'll just be starting a little bit about myself, my journey and what I'm here today to talk to you about. So let's start at that. Probably talk about property market update on what's happening in the market in 2014, a little bit about finance, a little bit about property management, tax and accountancy, ways to make money in property, managing a property portfolio, mistakes to avoid in investing as well as some questions and answers. Got anybody with an hour. I think I've got more than an hour worth of content to talk to you about today. So if there's any questions afterwards and we don't have enough time to answer them all, I'll go out the back and answer them one on one with you. So, on that note, you might be wondering who I am and a little bit about myself.
