Nathan Birch: Good day guys. It's Nathan Birch here from binvested.com.au and today I'm here to talk to you about what a MAP session is. Quite often people ask what is a Binvested MAP strategy session? A MAP session is basically a one hour sit down with my business partner Daniel Young or one of my other staff members in the office who are successful property investors themselves. You may have seen them in the media, you may not have seen them in the media but it's to be able to have the opportunity to sit down with an investor. Obviously, at the end of the day, we're not here to sell you properties off the plane that have got big commissions or anything like that. It's to get a sit down with a real professional investor and be able to ask any sort of questions that you've got as far as your own property portfolio and your own property investing journey. A MAP session is not a financial advisor. It is not a financial plan. It's more detail around the fact of what you're trying to achieve. So we want to understand what your goals are, what you're trying to achieve from your property investing and hopefully give you some clarity when you walk away to be able to have a clear path ahead of you to be able to start investing, to continue investing and make lots of money and be in a better position to be able to one day go and tell your boss where to go.
