Nathan Birch: Good day guys. This is Nathan Birch here from binvested.com.au and I just wanted to hop on camera today and talk to you a little bit about what's happening in the current market in Sydney and New South Wales and what we're experiencing and what we're experiencing as far as property sales and property growth. So I don't know what you've been seeing in the media lately. I've haven't been checking into too much the news, .com or anything like that. I've been too busy for that stuff. But what I'm personally seeing is a big shift and something that I've been expecting for a long while and been talking about for many years and been seeing more and more over the last couple years. And that is the Sydney market is moving and it's moving upwards and the reason behind that is a few underlying foundations which we need to consider and I wanted to run through that with you today.

So, first of all, what I've been personally experiencing as a professional investor myself and also on behalf of my clients through property investment agents that I've been helping out is that the Sydney market over the last 6 months has heated up dramatically. And when I say the Sydney market I mean anywhere from the inner-city all the way up to the Blue Mountains all the way out to Campbelltown, all the way up the Central Coast even to areas like New Castle. And what I'm finding is that properties are actually selling for more than asking prices. So, today I'm just trampling around New South Wales as I do and I've been working on deals since I've been on the road and talking to agents. This video comes with a bit of frustration because things are just selling straight away and as soon as they hit the marketplace what I'm finding is that for example units in Mount Druitt- we've spoken about Mount Druitt units for many, many years of me buying properties out there and making lots of money.
