Hey guys and girls it’s Nathan Birch from Binvested.com.au and today I am just answering some questions asked from Facebook and one of the question I am faced here today do I allow tenant to have pets in my properties, there is couple of answer for that. 

It depends on the type of property, myself, for all the animal lovers out there I am not a big animal fan, I don’t like animals, I don’t like the hair, I don’t like the smell I am allergic to animal, is something that I will not want animal in my house we are living in. I have realized that different demographics on the properties offer different opportunities to tenants, and different tenant have different requirement, If I am to get 10 applications and 5 is to come with animals and the market got a lot of animals in it as long as it kept clean and got a good property manager in place to take care of it. You got your insurances in place, landlord protection insurance, you know I am ok with that if it is a freshly renovated top end property that I have got a well modified unit somewhere whatever the case maybe and the animal those not sit in the property well I will keep them out if they put a tenant out if they put an animal in the property. Request to have a little dog or bingo or whatever the case may be as long as it is managed well, and you got a good property manager in place and the properties are not destroyed I don’t have problem with it.
