If you like Outback Steakhouse Blooming Onions, you will love these bite size Blooming Onion Bites. These Mini Bloomin Onions didn't bloom quite like I had expected, but they were packed with flavor. I actually prefer these Mini Blooming onions over the larger ones, not only because they are bite sized, but they have a more pronounced onion flavor. These are a great appetizer that would go great with party food, or your favorite steak. I have tried making these in an airfryer, but I really prefer these Deep Fried ones much better.

How To Make these Mini Bloomin Onions:
* Mini Onions (I bought them at Sprouts Market)
* Buttermilk
* Eggs
* Drakes Fry Mix
* Hot Sauce (optional)
Ingredients I used for the sauce (I just eyeballed it)
* Packet of buttermilk ranch powdered dressing
* Mayonnaise
* buttermilk
* Hot Sauce
