Two 2-month-old roborovski hamsters were bought 1 week ago from a pet shop. They were housed in a new home and one bit the other badly. In the pet shop, they were living in harmony.

"It is not diarrhoea," I had seen many such cases in two roborovskis living together. Treatment is by gaseous anaesthesia and cleaning up the wound at Toa Payoh Vets. The owner has to separate the homes for these two hamsters from today onwards.
