Opposition political parties have welcomed President Yoweri Museveni's commitment to dialogue with the parties represented in Parliament under the umbrella of the Inter-party Organization for Dialogue (IPOD). However, some parties including the Forum for Democratic Change and Democratic Party, say the government must be genuine about the dialogue and be ready to implement its resolutions. Dr. Sabiti Makara, a political scientist don at Makerere University advised that the dialogue must prioritize the power of the peoples as provided in Article One of the constitution. #NTVNews Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Like our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/NTVUganda
