We ride another 3'rd party Westinghouse Install, Payne Modernized (has that Northern Feel to it), at Elevator C, Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Massachusetts.
VERY busy elevator. The camera moves a lot while waiting, because I had to move out of the way several times for people to get by. This also explains the abrupt ending.
This rides very well, and failed inspection (on day of this recording). It actually ignored my call, as it was serving the back door.
