MInecraft - 1-tick redstone clock 1.3.1 fix / dispenser canon wall

Redstone repeaters do not power a block diagonally below them any more in 1.3.1, so if you used a 1-tick redstone clock for a rapid firing dispenser wall in 1.2.5, it's probably broken. Here's an easy fix.
