Monkeyfarm does some great videos on Youtube and gives me a lot of inspiration, but his redstone creations can be improved from time to time. In this case, a button on his obsidian generator drove me nuts (causing mistakes, killing me a few times and time-consuming), so here's a buttonless version with bud switches: you just place your string or redstone, automatically trigger a lava blade, mine the resulting obsidian and then the machine resets itself automatically for more string. No pressing of buttons involved ;)
