This is a DEATH TRAP Man-Powered Elevator, a Montgomery Twinkie-M, connecting the parking lot to the Food Court, at The Mall at Rockingham Park, Salem, New Hampshire.
SIMON really needs to take care of this MPE. The Fixed Incremented Planes are actually LOOSE. This can cause injury.
In this video, the chimes didn't work. Could be vandalized, or SIMON's poor maintenance. Then again, it's probably both.
