Parkway Towers Chattanooga up for auction

The dilapidated Parkway Towers building is going up for auction in November. A group of investors bought the site six years ago for around $400,000 dollars. Now they say they’ll sell it November 12th, or before, if given a reasonable offer. The building was originally constructed nearly 100 years ago as a substation for the Tennessee Electric Power Company.
