WHERE'S THE BANDWIDTH?!

For the past month, YouTube has got real slow, and nearly a dead crawl as of late. Worst thing is, people in the Philadelphia area pretty much get speeds that make 56K dial-up look like 3G blazing fast. Wonder if YOU have noticed that if you don't get on at 6am, that speeds are utter crap. Everything else runs fine, and my dl/ul speeds are fine, in terms of a connection to the internet, in general.
