Here I'm sorting out and setting up an Indian encore Strat. On this one I decided to re-shape the neck completely (and up-cycle it at the same time). I re-shape the headstock, re-carve the neck to make it thinner and asymmetrical. I then re-fret it and re-finish the whole with a Reloved decal and a few coats of satin nitro. 

The video also shows me swapping out two of the original pickups for some Squier MIK ones, leaving the original Indian-made Encore pickup in the middle position. New bone nut, new Tusq string tree and this is ready to go. 

Overall a nice budget strat with a totally refreshed neck and a very good set up.
