This terrapin has multiple small white spots on her upper shell. Keep him dry for 20 out of 24 hours for around 5 days and observe his appetite (eats pellets inside the water). Rinse away the ointment and anti-fungal washes from the shell daily. 

Apply anti-fungal wash and cream.  Feed in a separate tank. Isolate from eating tank. No swimming. 

May take at least 4 weeks to recover.
