An arrest has been made in the killing of a local elementary school volunteer. The body of 56-year-old Rosa Chatman was found beaten and naked at College Hill Courts April 15th. Now police say she was killed by a man she’d been in a relationship with for around 20 years. 58-year-old Bruce Stevenson is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault. He’s a registered sex offender who was convicted of rape in 1990. His bond has been set at more than $1 million dollars.
