Penned by Barbara Dickson and Produced by Alan Tarney who gave the singer her chart success in England with 'January, February' (#11, 1980) 'Anytime' was released the same year from a set called 'The Barbara Dickson Album'. It seems though that this great song was only issued in America; not her homeland; perhaps it was an attempt to have her cross the Atlantic to find success! Her vocals are as uplifting and warm as ever; and I always enjoying revisiting Barbara's recordings.
