INGREDIENTS  FOR KOFTA
COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER) 150 GM
POTATO (BOILED) 75 GM
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1 TSP
SALT  TO TASTE
OIL FOR FRYING

INGREDIENTS  FOR PULAO
BASMATI RICE (LONG GRAIN) 2 CUP
DESI GHEE 2 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
ALMONDS 14 NOS.
CASHEWS 14 NOS.
RAISINS 20 NOS.
SALT TO TASTE

INGREDIENTS FOR WATER
WATER 4 CUP
BAY LEAF 3 NOS.
DRY RED CHILLI 1 NOS.
GREEN CARDAMOM 3 NOS.
BLACK CARDAMOM 2 NOS.
CINNAMON 1 NOS.
JAVITRI 1 NOS.
CLOVES 5 NOS.
STAR ANISE 1 NOS.
BLACK PEPPER CORN 20 NOS.
GINGER (CHOPPED) 2 INCH
GARLIC (CHOPPED) 5 CLOVES
SALT TO TASTE
