Good day everyone it’s Nathan Birch talking about Blink property today, blink property as you know is a fantastic property management company that everyone keep rating about. But I want to talk little about why I set up Blink property, and what is about finding the right property manager. 

As a property investor we got a lot of property. The thing that really gave me the shit over the years was that I have good property manager on some of my properties, and I had crap property manager in my most of my other properties. The thing that I realized was, all the property manages differently, they are people just like you and I and they are all different, have different belief, different work ethics, different passion, different thought processing. What really frustrated me, was the fact that I am building a property portfolio because I wanted to extend the work force and be able to create a passive income stream and maximize my returns. The thing is that, I found a lot of real estate agent out there who were not delivery this service of what I expected to do, the service wasn’t I don’t need them to send me a post card for Christmas and that sort of crap. I need them to give me the best rental return, make sure my money is paid on time, make sure the rent is paid on time, make sure that there is no drama. Destroying the properties, going to cause me trouble, you know all those damaging stuff and blaming me for, whatever the main thing is, I want to make sure that they can maximize my rent return. You know it is very important that, if I am just to look, like compare the pay.
