Hey guys and girls it’s Nathan Birch from Binvested.com.au and today I am here to talk to you a little about Binvested, what it stands for and what we are all about.

Obviously, you know my personally property portfolio in the media, where my properties are over the years. I have been very transparent with what purchase I buy for myself and other around me.

When I left my job I was 25 years old, I was bored, I had nothing to do, I was giving myself anxiety every day and I decide to start going out and videotaping some renovations that I was doing and started helping people, the thing that I liked about helping people is that I can raise my phone, I could be myself, I was not doing for money, I don’t have to care about I have to do this, because I know my property investing effort far exceed what I do in business and all that sort of stuff. I decide to help other people for the fun of it and obviously a passion turns out to addiction and here we are today. My property portfolio went from 123456 properties up to the 10th, 150 and so forth.

It something from a business side of things, I started helping out people because I had passion to see other people growth. It’s a bit like a club, like I can hang out with other people that are addicted to property as I am as well. Binvested have turn to a company where we help people out, we got Birch agency, we got property management officers, we got finance company, we got computer program and a lot of resource to help other people and the reason why I decided to do that personally, because I think of all the bullshit that is out there in the industry, and I realize having a strong team around you to be able to support your growth and portfolio.
