We take a look at this "Urgent Notice" that I let slip by, and from the looks of it, it seems it was a bad thing to do.....NOT!
  First, I discuss the "personal" approach they used to make it appear so "Urgent": the "Hand-written" messages. This woman was good, because every duplicate letter looked EXACTLY THE SAME! I'm impressed! :P
