This was the elevator I talked about, being the "World's Slowest", but remember the keyword: "WAS".
This Westy/Schindler elevator is a complete replacement of the original 10 feet/minute (no kidding) elevator that once rode this shaft. The elevator was closed off for months, to remove the super-slow old one, and put in a new one with a decent 100 feet/minute rate.
The delayed start, and red-ring button, pretty much is the reason to go with Otis for the guess.
This is a very dark elevator, mostly showing up as a black void many times. The ride was good, though.
