Once again, inside the 55+ Trailer Park, there's a fishing hole called "Fisherman's Point", where people go to fish, as well as watch the river (Miller's River) flow by, as well as another atributary feeding said river.
   There's work that's needed, but overall, the new owner of the trailer park has done a lot of improvements to the overall park. They cleared the trails quite well, but need to replace the massive wood beams that make up the stairs. There's also what appears to be an abandoned barbeque pit.
  This ends with a trip back to the trailers, via another entry/exit trail that's overgrown, but was clear a few years ago. The concrete stairs are in good shape, but the sign is pretty much gone.
