The stray cat roams the neighbourhood. His lifestyle exposes him to diseases and toxins. His caregiver takes him to Toa Payoh Vets when he is sick. Laboratory tests showed acute kidney disease. Pus inside his bladder. Kidneys enlarged as seen in the X-rays and by palpation. Pyelopnephritis diagnosed. The cat cannot be kept at home and thus is back to the roaming lifestyle.
