I have been planning to get around to making one of these for some time, finally, on the last day of my week off work I got around to it!

As many of you know, I service a number of ATVs & RoVs & many of these require their brake calipers to be rebuild due to corrosion etc. Having a bench mounted device to pump out the pistons from the caliper body is so much quicker and easier than doing it on the vehicle prior to removing the calipers. 

Another advantage is the rig can be used to test for piston retraction & overall operation of the caliper prior to instillation.

It's not often I video my fabrication work as I have found, in the past, that the videos don't generate much interest. However, I feel that a device like this, which costs very little to build, is a very useful accessory for any workshop so I made an exception in the hope that it will help one or two my loyal viewers.
