Following the top end rebuild of the Yamaha TDR250 it became apparent during the test ride that the brakes hadn't survived the 14 months that the bike spent in storage whilst we were gathering up the necessary parts. So, after a few weeks wait we finally gathered up all the parts needed to overhaul both master cylinders and calipers with the aim of getting the brakes fully operational again. This is the last in a series of 4 videos covering the removal, strip down, inspection and re-build of the brake system on this TDR250 - though the components are similar to most found on non-ABS motorcycles.
