One month or so later, we take another look at the new water treatment plant being built at the end of Exchange Street, Leominster, Massaachusetts.
   Since the signs say the trail is closed during construction Monday through Friday, I decided to eliminate any interpretations of "During Construction", and went on a Saturday. If I were to get yelled at, not my fault. :)
   The overhaul and expanding the footprint of the existing structure is done, and apperently, the machinery is already in place. The new cement floor for the control room/area is mostly poured, as only the middle third is left.
    With that machine area all covered up, there's not much more to see.
