Deputy President William Ruto has told off his political detractors, maintaining that he is the only principal assistant to the President. Ruto says his office is constitutionally mandated to assist the President to ensure that the Jubilee administration implements its development agenda. The Deputy President who attended a church service in Kiambu County took issue with a section of the Opposition for constantly questioning his development tours around the country.
