This is the Westinghouse (?) Traction Elevator, in the Midtown Mall Building, Front Street, Worcester, Massachusetts. I believe it was originally Westy, since that's the brand of escalators used here. You know the old saying: "Don't judge a book by it's over"? That fits this lift. While it's a bland interior, with bland GAL equipment, it's actually fairly nice, and surprisingly well-kept. The operation is also very smooth, and gentle. I would have to say, this actually is the best part of the building. You'd never think that by looking at the poorly-repainted doors. There's a freighter in the same hall, which I never rode, as call buttons and somewhat the manual door handle, are blocked off, and didn't look too safe through the window. No video of that lift. Sorry.
