President Uhuru Kenyatta says the government is determined to recover all the money looted from the National Youth Service and the culprits made to pay the price. The President said the government can no longer tolerate greedy individuals who loot and divert to personal use millions of tax-payers’ money meant to benefit thousands of Kenyan youth. The president made remarks when he presided over the National Youth Service passing out parade in Gilgil.
