High court uploads Ann Waiguru's election.

The court of appeal has upheld a High court decision that validated the election of Ann Waiguru as Kirinyaga Governor. Justice Gatembu Kairu ruled that the petition by Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua failed the legal test to have the election of the former devolution cabinet secretary nullified. Karua has however vowed to challenge the decision at the Supreme Court.
