Third month of video progress on the new Water Treatment Facility at the end of Exchange Street, Leominster, Massachusetts. There has been a lot of progress made, most noticably the high concrete block walls. On the inside, we see the treatment tanks that are installed, as well as door frames propped up for future concrete block walls going in. In the end, we look into the holding tanks below the main floor, which would be nothing (pitch dark inside).
