CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) - A Campbell County inmate is wanted by Kentucky State Police after he walked away from his work assignment.

David Barney, 31, has been missing since about 8:20 a.m. Friday morning. He was on a work assignment in Morning View.

Barney has been in jail since his May arrest for a probation violation, according to the jail's website.

KSP says he's about 6'0" tall and 180 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his forearms, waist and legs.
