9 April 2018. A general check up of a Persian cat. Generally healthy. Owner did not want blood test to screen the health. Dental scaling of tartar of the upper back teeth has been advised. Matted hairs, eye conjunctivitis, ear wax and soiled anal and private part area are the findings. Vaccination was given.
