High demand for dollars and speculation by traders are to blame for the weakening of the Kenyan shilling. Standard Investment Bank Head of Research Eric Musau has however said there is no reason for concern since the market will correct itself. The shilling today strengthened to close the week at 103 against the greenback after touching an 11 month high of 104 yesterday.
