The General Secretary of the Democratic Party Gerald Siranda has revealed that the party has resolved to go to court to block the Busia LC5 by-elections. This comes after a decision by the Electoral Commission to disqualify the NRM and DP candidates because of discrepancies in their names and questions over their academic qualifications.
