Another month, another progress report. They got smart this time, by fencing in the openings, and posting "KEEP OUT", and "NO TRESPASSING" signs, so we stay outside. Most of the interior walls are in place, and the huge tanks still don't have any plumbing or service connections. We also see crude power distribution boxes being placed on the side of the building (one still not in place), and there is either going to be a faux, or clapboard finish over the black painted vapor barrier.
