Make this recipe and keep it in the frig and you will always have on hand a wonderful syrup for adding to coffee to add a mocha flavor. Add this to hot milk for a delicious hot cocoa...do not for get the marshmallows. Recipe: 1 cup warm water 1 cup granulated sugar (more or less to taste) 1 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. real vanilla (optional - may add later when making the cocoa) Directions: Mix 1 TBs.syrup with 1 cup hot milk.Top with marshmallow or whipped cream.
