The Ministry of tourism is warning the country's wildlife is under threat as an increasing number of wildlife live outside protected areas. Tourism PS Margaret Mwakima, says wildlife are moving out of protected areas due to several factors presenting a logistical nightmare for KWS officers who lack the capacity to guard them outside the protected areas. This comes as statistics show an increase in wildlife related crimes.
