Chattanooga cops caught drag racing punished

The two Chattanooga police officers caught on video drag racing their patrol cars have been punished. Officers Mikel Thomas and Mark Niethammer were suspended from the force for one day. Records show the suspensions were served on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Both officers say they did not place bets on the race and that they regret the incident.
