Life isn’t a popularity contest and the true value in life is not numbers, numbers of followers, money in bank, scale, friends, free items one receives etc. We should follow people and be connecting because we inspire each other. We should be doing yoga Fitness because it feels good not too look good.....the true value of us is how you make a person or people feel, their lives better while you are here and in turn when you leave the footprints you leave in the world that help others to find their way or build their dreams.
