INGREDIENTS 
PANEER 400 GM
OIL 3 TBSP
ONION (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
GARLIC CLOVES (CHOPPED) 6 NOS.
CAPSICUM (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 4 NOS.
GINGER (CHOPPED) 2 INCH
BLACK PEPPER CORN 8 NOS.
CINNAMON STICK 1 NOS.
BAY LEAF 2 NOS.
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
CLOVE 3 NOS.
BLACK CARDAMOM 1 NOS.
TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
WATER 1/2 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
FRESH CORIANDER 2 TBSP
