This is a rare treat, a ride on a rarely opened Keystone Man-Powered Elevator, serving the Best Buy Parking Garage, and an access road, Nashua, New Hampshire.
You can tell this is not used, or maintained, very often. It's dirty, and run-down. It not the worst MPE encountered. It needs some work. Mechanically, it has some harmonic issues, and is a little rough-going.
