Sometimes it is necessary to make a "creative" argument for disability at your ALJ hearing.  Perhaps you have earnings after your onset date or your medical record shows that you self-medicated for pain with alcohol or marijuana.

In this video I reveal my techniques for presenting out-of-the-box disability arguments while avoiding putting the judge on the spot.

Even if the judge rejects my argument, my client and I will almost never face an angry or offended judge.
