These Pumpkin Cheesecake Wonton Cups are a nice light Dessert Recipe that anyone can make. Trust me, if I can make them, anyone can make them. These Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes would be perfect for Thanksgiving, or any party where finger food is being served. Ingredients for Pumpkin Cheesecake Wonton Cups: • 24 wonton wrappers • ½ cup pumpkin puree • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 Tsp. vanilla • ½ cup sugar • 1½ Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice • 1/2 Tsp. salt • 3/4 Tbsp.
