Welcome to another episode of Excel In Depth, where we dive deep into the world of Excel and uncover hidden features and tips to help you excel in your work. In this episode, we're going to take a look at one of my favorite Excel add-ins, Easy-XL, and how it can make your life easier when it comes to merging sheets.

If you've ever had to do a VLOOKUP in Excel, you know how tedious and time-consuming it can be. But with Easy-XL, it's a breeze. Let's say you have a dataset of invoices with a product number field, but no product description. And you have another sheet with the product numbers and their corresponding descriptions. Normally, you would have to do a VLOOKUP to match the product numbers and descriptions, but with Easy-XL, it's just a few clicks away.

Simply go to the Easy-XL tab, select the merge sheets option, choose the two sheets you want to merge, and select the fields you want to include. Easy-XL will do all the work for you and create a new merged sheet with all the data you need. No more struggling with VLOOKUPs and trying to get them just right. Easy-XL takes care of it all.
