Police: Alcohol a factor in fatal Union Township motorcycle crash

UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A woman is dead and a man is fighting for his life after a motorcycle crash in Union Township.

It happened Wednesday night around 10 p.m. on Milford Parkway near I-275.

Police say a 2012 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling northbound on Milford Parkway when it ran off the left side of the road and overturned. Both the driver and passenger were thrown from the motorcycle.

The passenger, 28-year-old Miranda Greene, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her husband, 27-year-old Brandon Greene, was taken to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

Police believe alcohol was a factor.

The crash is under investigation.
