CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Halloween used to be just one day a year, now kids get to do the Monster Mash all month long. Not only does this mean more loot for kids but it also gives them a chance to practice their trick-or-treat greetings and get lots of mileage out of their Halloween costumes.
